• Plan and ensure the implementation of services and facilities in; camps, transportation, accommodation, travel reservations, offices, catering, recreations to staff members and other personnel in the camp during the daily operation. • Manage catering contractors for the camp and guesthouses, including contractor performance reporting, evaluation and timely implementation of corrective actions related to contractor performance. • Track, and report camp occupancy, including reconciliation of camp check- in and check-out of staff members and other visitors. • Maintain camp equipment register and coordinate with engineering department expedient performance of camp maintenance work requests through the engineering work order system. • Supervise camp services contractors providing cleaning and gardening services working under MINUSMA to ensure efficient service delivery. • Prepare project plan, preliminary designs, scope of works, preliminary cost estimates and implementation schedules for approval. • Plan, assist, arrange, and implement the provision of logistical support to the project offices located within the camp facility. • Maintain a reasonable and acceptable standard of health and hygiene through the effective management and maintenance of facility utilities. • Develop drafts and review scope of works, bill of quantities, technical specifications, and other required procurement documents. • Participate in the performance evaluation of camp services contractors to facilitate timely submission of resultant reports to procurement section.
