Job Description
Overview Sightsavers is looking for a talented Administrator with strong experience of Procurement and Logistics within an INGO to provide programtic support to the Ghana Country Office.

We are looking for a strong administrator who has experience of programmatic support within an INGO and of office procurement and logistics, to support the Ghana Country Office. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the office, overseeing the premises, IT and filing systems, office procurement and associated logistics as well as vehicle and travel management. You will also provide programmatic support to multiple programmes and teams and as such must be reliable, able to work to multiple deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar position, providing programmatic support to multiple teams within an INGO
- Strong working experience of office procurement and logistics, within an INGO
- University degree or tertiary qualification in Administration/Management or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized Tertiary institution, or equivalent experience.
- Experience of report writing and minute taking
- Knowledge and experience of social inclusion and disability inclusion projects
- Experience within a role with a safeguarding element would be desirable but is not essential.
